I am a specialist practitioner providing bespoke services to clients in the field of Wills, Lasting power of attorney & Probate in England & Wales.

A little back story

Who am I

Well, first and foremost, it’s just little old me - I am a fully qualified member of STEP (Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners) since 2004, which is a global professional body for specialists who advise families across generations – typically on matters such as:

  • Wills & Estate planning
  • Trusts & Inheritance
  • Probate & administration of estates
  • Tax and succession planning
  • Elderly & vulnerable client care

I am a specialist practitioner providing bespoke services to clients in the field of Wills, Lasting power of attorney & Probate in England & Wales. I work to the highest possible standards of client care, which is backed by more than 25 years of experience within this field.

The help I can provide is not limited to the above and can extend to drafting Trust documents, Instruments of Variation, Deputyship Applications, Registration of EPAs, Land Registry work such as Severance of Joint Tenancy, placing restrictions on the Title, adding Trustees to the Title, advising on lifetime trusts to include the retirement and appointment of trustees, Appointing assets out and Declaration of Trusts.

My qualification has been achieved through the exam route and in 2014 I also achieved the STEP Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation. STEP membership is widely seen as the gold standard in trusts and estate work, especially among solicitors, financial planners, and tax advisers.

In addition, I am also an accredited member of the Society of Wills Writers which is a self-regulating body supporting thousands of Will Writers in England & Wales.

I graduated with a 2:1 (Hons) degree in Business Information Technology but realized soon enough that my calling was elsewhere.  Thankfully,  NatWest saw my worth and embarked me on a new journey – a legal journey and henceforth I started my career in Probate (Estate administration). During my 20 plus years, I worked for Natwest, Coutts Help the Aged/Age Concern England and then moved into private client. Suffice to say, my experience in this discipline spans both the commercial/public and private sector bringing me an enormous amount of experience and insights into this industry. With all this experience, I finally had the courage to venture out solo, and have been self-employed since 2014.
