As part of my services I can assist with any of the following:

- I can assist with advising on trust matters, interpreting existing Will trust documents and preparing documents that allow the change of Trustees or the Appointment of Assets to beneficiaries. I can also advise on certain tax implications.
- Assisting with Land Registry work to transfer Title or remove restrictions (in partnership with third party solicitors)
- Facilitating contentious Trusts & Estates advice (in partnership with third party solicitors)
